Part Two: To See What Happens

Between Two Sides of A Mirror

If you have been reading this blog long enough you might guess that I assume that both the nature we are enmeshed in as well as the frameworks from which we view our position are entirely experimental when comparing what we know to what we don’t know and what we do not know will have a profound effect on our critical assumptions.
Both personally and globally there are the successes and failures in this experiment and the word success has a certain self vested edge to it that can cut both ways.
Where this begins and ends is anyone’s guess whether it is a linearity attached to an omega point as a folded circle that then mutates into an unknown parallelism or the darkness of sleep, there exists no map and if this experiment has a purpose, or several, one of which seems obvious and that is our exploration of our nature in relation to an unknown much larger than ourselves, to say the least of this situation.
Throughout our lives and beginning at an early age on the verge of self awareness, we are given rules, structures as well as rewards and punishments with the emphasis on performance that continues into the humdrum or a fascination with adult employment.
Yet there is always in the background a terrible beauty surrounding this, which is nearly always sublimated until there is what Gurdjieff called a shock occurs and then the constituent components of givens and druthers ( as they say here in the South) begins to softly collapse onto itself, leaving us staring in a state of disassociation over the edge of a proverbial roof at the opening maw of an infinite sea...A series of if so, then what strings are unfurled  to hold to the ground a equal series of kites that drift and careen on a merry go round wherein rational logic meets the barricade that sits before the well that exists at the end of the world. We drop stones to hear them echo in abeyance while the shutters fixed to our abode slam and shudder in the midst of a squall.
We cannot synthesize magic as it denies naivety although one could ask in this materially driven marketplace of empiricism whether or not anomalous experiential realities have been blurred where the prosaic is as anomalous as the unanticipated and then we could also ask whether it is the observer or what is observed that is driving our little oxcart along this bumpy road. I suggest to you it is neither and it is both as two sides of mirror that interrogate each other as to determine what is real and what is not in this experiment.
It is our choice and it is not within the confines of a certain animism wherein one is connected to the other and at times, one side of this mirror can push open the door “like a thief in the night” and announce itself by its nature even to the most hardened shell of a indelibly defensive skeptic.
Mutation and adaptation was at the core of part one and by surveying the institutionalised realm of science, religion and the paranormal communities that cling to the mountainside as proverbial villages, we pass them as a bystander on the way to elsewhere, wherever we find ourselves tomorrow as a continuation of today, whose boundaries are dreams….in a quantum vocabulary performed as a shadow play.
The Janus face of the anomalous experience is private as well as intended for public consumption and so in our thinking on this we have failed to recognise the two are joined at the hip, and so they are separated strictly by what they appear to be and not what they are.
The conjunction of imagination and rationality are also a Janus faced phenomenon that acts as the dipole of a motor as in the symbol of Taoism that turns our speck in the face of a light that moves our planetary axis by spiralling diffusion.
History is as cyclic as human behavior but then lurking there as a watchman is a certain presence that refuses to obey our anticipations, neither affirming or denying them, leaving us holding a bag with a hole in it.
An experimenter by nature of a certain stimulus and response that lacks any reward as much as it lacks any punishment other than to see what happens and what if…
You can run but you cannot hide.

To See What Happens

An Experiment of Realities
When I wrote "The Surrealism of Realism" I intentionally left out the premise behind it which is how an outsider coming into this world would view how we imagine the world to be while not knowing what it is. By putting it in the first person singular, it seemed more compelling to me. In this I suggested that the paranormal community, religious communities and the scientific community practice what Charles Fort called "witchcraft".
I wrote;

"In the battle between the empirical science community and the paranormal community can one be be a conscientious objector? Each side claims victory lacking a conclusive argument while neither side realizes that in this game, one hand is washing the other in a cooperative movement in competition to pin the tail on the donkey while the donkey is missing in action.

Both the scientific community and the paranormal community seemingly exist in a world dictated by their own terminology in what Robert Anton Wilson categorized as variants of "naive realism" in that with science, by repetition, blurs the line between theory and fact as does the paranormal community strictly on the basis of contingencies that become pseudo guidelines of consensus subject to a deeper scrutiny. "

http://tarnsitsandstations.blogspot.com/2014/09/the-subjectivity-of-paranormal.html

Perhaps this is evidence for the absence of humility in the face of the enigma of life, or the descent into making square pegs fir into round holes. And yet the game remains afoot, regardless of how we imagine it's fixed nature whereas it seemingly has none...or does it?

"Witchcraft always has a hard time, until it becomes established and changes its name. We hear much of the conflict between science and religion, but our conflict is with both of these*. Science and religion always have agreed in opposing and suppressing the various witchcrafts. Now that religion is inglorious, one of the most fantastic of transferences of worships is that of glorifying science, as a beneficent being. It is the attributing of all that is of development, or of possible betterment to science. But no scientist has ever upheld a new idea, without bringing upon himself abuse from other scientists. Science has done its utmost to prevent whatever science has done." -Charles Fort( Lo!)

* As mentioned, I would add the paranormal community at large to this list.

Last night before I awoke I found myself in an enormous building full of stainless steel piping, banks of instrumentation, huge conduits of bundled wiring going here and there and there sitting around a prosaic picnic table were several scientists \ technicians in white lab coats. I asked them a question. “How would you explain to a layman in the simplest possible terms, what you do?”
For quite some time they seemed flummoxed, silent…and so I walked away going further into this cavernous building. As I wandered, snow began to fall all around me. I felt someone was watching me and sure enough, a figure darted behind some equipment and I awoke.
I lay in bed with my eyes opened in a twilight awareness of my surroundings and thought to myself their lack of an answer was striking and then I remembered that bothersome previous post and how an outsider would view our imagining of what this life is all about in relation to not knowing.
Well, Bruce..how would you answer the question? I thought about those technician \ scientists and their profession which is….experimentation. Why is a experiment conducted? To see what happens. How? You take something out of context place it in a new environment and subject it to forces it would not normally encounter, or you try different combinations of what already exists and recombine them and of course prior to this you imagine these experiments prior to acting upon them in any physical way. So I saw in my minds eye, several things,  a super collider, Ben Franklin lofting a kite up into an electrical storm..chemists synthesizing plastics. The result was something never seen before in a physical form.
Where else could this simple concept be applied? At once I thought of Nature being an experiment. A tree, a dinosaur, a centipede, a human being….all being the result of the same processes, and for lack of a better term in this case,,, mutations..caused by the environment creating something never seen before.
The previous form is buried in the genome of living things remains as it’s original constitution as a invisible thread strung between various expressions of physicality. What every form that is present is actually a legion of physical forms, all of which are transient according to what was seen to happen as a result of experimentation just like synthetics, or the harnessing of electricity.
To see what happens.
My thoughts turned the other way and I saw Thomas Edison in his laboratory ..working with hundred os combinations of materials to create one filament that would work for his imagined electrical light. Or, the thousands of plant samples used to create synthetic rubber. In other words, the scope of the samples..the variety of possible combinations.
The going in the opposite direction, I thought that as I lay in bed, there are seven billion possible combinations of our species roaming the surface of this sphere. To see what happens...as applied to this. As one of seven billion, I wondered how many of them are questioning this reality of imagining what the world is while not knowing. You have a variety of results.
Then it came to the question behind the question, what sort of experiment is this? What is conducting this experiment?  What is the point of experimentation and is there an imagined result? If so, what would it be? If I followed my own reductionist premise it would be to create something never seen before that would incorporate a greater utility in it’s environment.
I thought to myself, all of this has to do with variables of two kinds. One is pre-existing and the other is introduced as the aim of the experiment to see what happens. So..if this is so ( I thought) then all of the variability of the human being is fairly preset so to speak, perhaps more so now than in the past. So if this is true all phenomenon is fair game to consider in this context of the human being. And so...is paranormal experiential reality an experiment?

"Would we if we could, educate and sophisticate pigs, geese, cattle? Would it be wise to establish diplomatic relations with the hen that now functions, satisfied with mere sense of achievement by way of compensation? I think we're property" -Charles Fort ( The Book of The Damned )
I thought back to the last time I made an approach to any possible quintessence to this question. I circled the field without finding the conditions for a landing..the information field in particular in relation to a experiment.

    http://tarnsitsandstations.blogspot.com/2014/07/the-alchemy-of-unidentified-atmospheric.html

Part Two to follow….and several of my correspondents have noticed a trend no matter where one wanders on the internet and this appears to have been more striking with the passing of Mac Tonnies. That is to say, whether one reads the popular websites that are compendiums of paranormal news or blogs, they all appear to be collections of disconnected events as reported without any philosophical consideration as to their connections to one another which was Mac's forte, so to speak. There seems to be a lack of introspection or even rumination on their import....and so we soldier on to wonder as we wander with more questions than answers.

    Shifting Assumptions In Science

The critical assumptions of science are questioned in this symposium posted on The University of Cambridge website and one of my favored physicists, Brian Josephson participates. His area of research as covered here in the past concerns the relationship between mind and matter. This fascinating discussion bears a relationship to my last post on the failure of both science and the paranormal community to address what is basic to the entire subject area of liminal phenomenon other than to reinforce their own vested stereotypes that ultimately remain stubbornly incoherent.

The Subjectivity of Defining The Paranormal

The Surrealism of Realism By Way of A Competition or
    Whats Wrong With This Picture?

    Pretense and Theory
Some firmly believe as an act of religious faith that the paranormal does not exist. The setting of rules for the possible as a bulwark that is constituted by a defensive psychology more so than a demonstrable reality is one of the ironic hallmarks of uncertainty. Gregory Bateson once opined that how our species thinks and how nature operates are two entirely different affairs. Depending on which physicist's calculations you prefer, we live in strings bubbles or a hologram whose source is unknown. Perhaps I should call this series of posts, "Back To Basics"
In the battle between the empirical science community and the paranormal community can one be be a conscientious objector? Each side claims victory lacking a conclusive argument while neither side realizes that in this game, one hand is washing the other in a cooperative movement in competition to pin the tail on the donkey while the donkey is missing in action.
Both the scientific community and the paranormal community seemingly exist in a world dictated by their own terminology in what Robert Anton Wilson categorized as variants of "naive realism" in that with science, by repetition, blurs the line between theory and fact as does the paranormal community strictly on the basis of contingencies that become pseudo guidelines of consensus subject to a deeper scrutiny.
You can choose these pseudo terms of science that are theoretical and compare them to the equally lofty use of expressions such as "vortex " or "demon" or "UFO" which completely lack specitivity in their architecture... a sort of free floating dictionary. A verb describing an unknown noun. A majority of Ufologists have defined the study of their subject to be extraterrestrial, again, as a matter based upon what they appear to be and that is where the matter rests despite no verifiable evidence to support this faith. Skeptics rightfully point this out that in essence discards other unknowns in the dualisms built into a theology that revolves around a straw dog. One theology versus another that has the worn garnishment and patina of religious orthodoxies that revolve around uncertainty which both have managed to banish other options with an evangelistic fever. One could easily observe this to be a dead heat on a merry go round. A certain Biblical metaphor seems apt in terms of a architectural critique.

    No Middle Ground
One could say both affirmed para-normalists and skeptics largely make up stuff as they go along within the long view of history whose attics are filled to capacity with straw dogs and red herrings. Looking back while ruminating on where the journey takes us is a relationship that defies rationality as well as probability in terms of our intents, motivations and more importantly, any outcome swayed by these factors, as subject to change as the weather. Perhaps I should re-title this post as the memoirs of an agnostic. Can one be skeptical of the scientific community in the same breath as applying this to the paranormal community?
One could say how we define reality is a matter of taste. One could also say the same applies to para-normality. To define accurately what is paranormal as a matter of comparison and contrast we need a solid footing to push up against in trying to create a accurate architecture. One could say our confidence by consensus as to what constitutes a solid footing is subject to unpredictability and change as they say, being a constant. Change more accurately outlined within the confinement of the probable as we define it. Some things about human nature are so obvious as to elude any cognizance of their presence. One could go so far as to say this is a chief characteristic of our species.
There are some who have attempted to measure the processing velocity and capability of the human mind, and if the latest measurements are correct, it’s enough to make one’s jaw drop in astonishment not only in terms of what our evolution has created in us as a species, but the degree to which we are unaware of those same processes that are alleged to create our generically named self awareness.
We ourselves have defined self awareness without knowing what it is.
"Wait a minute..that's not supposed to happen" is the result. Circle the wagons.

    That Nasty Unpredictability
Again some things are obvious while others are not. Most chose to look away in order to dream themselves into a comfortable platform of observation free from contradiction which seems to be another hallmark of our species.
Some have said that if these parameters were matched by computation alone and placed into a synthetic rather than organic set of hardware and software, you have artificial intelligence as a autonomous device. However, I cannot imagine that all of this computational power would only result in a zombie that could parrot sentience. That is to say, giving the surface appearance by algorithms while not being linked by nature to the quantum realities we are entangled in especially the mind itself as it is nearly impossible to imagine that we have some strange immunity from that which permeates all of matter as it is constituted. Of course science focuses on the repeatable in measurement on a strictly set basis of parameters that in of themselves are subject to change or being altogether discarded in the flux of what we discover is probable as opposed to what we once thought of possible within an architecture somewhat like the machinery of a fine tuned watch or the set choreography of a ballet, only to find ultimately that the universe is stubbornly unpredictable.

    A Matter of Taste
Of course Zombies as a literary and theatrical metaphor are extremely in vogue as I write this as a parable of our species devouring itself  differentiated by zombie intelligence versus sentience and then there is Ouspensky in the background making the statement man is a machine of a much more global process. Some suggest we are energetic food, a cuisine for the appetite of planetary evolution created as a self harvesting crop. The crop in particular being rotated in geological history.
A more stoic approach is to say we don't know if we are zombies or sentient or both. An admixture in play against future generations, replications and mutations.
We are awash in prosaic paranormality inasmuch as no one has defined the origin let alone the nature of what we assume is our consciousness which is one of the fulcrums of this blog as a matter of exploration which to my way of thinking bears on the nature of what we do call openly
the exceptions to our self created rule book of consensus terms as paranormal whereas I would love someone to describe exactly what normal is. In reading the synopsis of Terry Gilliam’s latest film, he appears to think our version of reality as practiced is akin to surrealism.
How do we define imagination, let alone it’s purpose? Opinions vary. Some suggest it is a means to becloud our realization of our position and orientation by our imagining in our self image to be what we are not. Some would suggest it’s a process of nature itself within creation and that it is a signet of evolution within the parallel realities akin to a spectrum of visible and invisible light as the universe is imagining what it, itself may be.
What exactly is now? Rick Phillips and myself think there is no “now”. Never has and never will be.

All of this has a influence on how we manipulate the term “paranormal.” which is more of a cultural artifact than it is a reality meaning that it is ( in my view) a subjective term.

    Rethinking Ufology

Is there a correlation and underlying unifying principle between various aspects of anomalous phenomenon as representations of a spectrum of observed behaviors that are somehow linked?  The spectrum of PSI, UFO behavior and ghost phenomenon have been separated in locality by the surface of appearances.
Is this an accurate assessment? Are both of these phenomenon that have been separated by locality, the  language of semiotic terminology and appearance a computational expression of quantum information lacking sentience? In other words much like the operation of a computer which can mimic human behavior while lacking consciousness? Is it a zombie phenomenon prone to both randomization that is organised by the observer as well as a unknown form of transient energy field ? Neither time travelers, extraterrestrials nor the Gods?
If this supposition is correct, then ITC and the more common and less sophisticated methodology of EVP phenomenon are not direct messages from the dead, but rather a reflecting principle of consciousness that exists in a zombie state within a feedback loop under certain conditional environments.

Yours truly at another venue offered this slice of life:

"I think you pointed out what is at the nexus of the current nadir of what is called Ufology, which has shrunk into the purview of historical archivists debating creakingly old accounts simply due to the fact that Ufology has not evolved in tandem with the discoveries of science.
It is lodged in a tiny net that has proved to be irrelevant to the larger picture. It cannot see the forest for the trees.
It is a reactive and post editorial debate over effects rather than causes confined to the physicality of the environment. So it exists in a sort of zombie state of self awareness unable to see the box it has placed itself in by the surface of appearances.
It is unable to examine itself so it hammers minutia to bits to no effect.
Right now its in it's afterlife, having no purpose other than to perpetuate it's own stereotypes."

Have our descriptors as referential language created a closed universe of considerations that are stuck in a chicken or the egg hermetically sealed universe confined to the interior of a box, rather than looking at the box from without? Taking a survey of the material free floating in the popular masses, one can easily see the market place has taken to enigmas as a commodity, marketed with the emphasis on promoting ambiguity as a page turner , roiling the wide eyed minds in a merry-go round of relativistic factoids as infotainment.
I can shovel sand into the tide with the best of them and at a certain point, one considers the point of the exercise that remains both self aggrandizing and transcendent.
What ties all of the above to a nexus is human consciousness, which, in this case as we term it, is self awareness but the rejoinder is self awareness  as entangled in it's environment is a distinct relationship with the added proviso that awareness between the two as a transaction has processes creates a linkage that as "self aware" creatures we have no sensory awareness of.
In other words, we are both "crib blind" and confined to what our mind in conjunction with nature within the mind has synthesized as directly observable.

It is relatively easy to determine that Ufology has failed to evolve in tandem with the discoveries of science in that the vast majority of so called investigators are, in effect either archivists debating decades old cases of a historical nature or are content to use each other's material to define what has yet to be defined in a dualistic and polarizing competition to repeat the same denial or affirmation of whether the phenomenon even exists.
This dead end has existed for over a half century.
This one upsmanship has led to a dead heat of diminished return to the point of it's being focused on historical details that are drilled into minutia while losing the big picture. In effect, not being able to see the forest for the trees.

I suggested a variation of ITC technology as a means to pro-actively probe non local sentience as opposed to reactive and after the fact gathering of environmental effects that are local, exterior domains within physicality versus the exchange between the observer and the observed. which is not directly observable from without.

While we stereotype ITC with the exclusive domain of non local sentience as applied to the afterlife as a vested defining characteristic, I think there is ample evidence that UFO characteristics share the same realm as what is termed "ghost phenomenon. Notice the connection between item(s) 1-6-7-12-15. These seem to be information in a quantum state which is a direct correlate to a dream state. Item(s) 2-3-8-9-10 indicate to me the presence of a energetic field required to produce a quantum state in the information field variegated by the individuation of the observers memory in terms of associative processes. yes, I understand that these theoretical connections are another expression of reductionism in that whatever is occurring on a transient basis is much more complex. However, on a very simple basis, we can say simply that both occur within the state of the energetic and gaseous atmosphere. Further there seems to be either an extra-solar or recombinant trigger that works within parallel states to create an effect, much like the precursors to states of weather. It cannot occur of it's own volition but is dependent on pre-existing conditions yet to be determined.
    The shared chief features are:
    1. Caricatures painted in the sky as impossible flying craft or at ground level, the dead portrayed as being alive.
    2. Electromagnetic effects
    3. Physical evidence via a strange psychokinesis of physicality
    4. Extreme transience
    5. Semi-solid materiality
    6. Nonsensical behaviorism
    7. Mimicry
    8. Creates burns, scars, illnesses
    9. Ability to transit solid materials at will
    10. Manifests in wave forms of probability
    11. Prefers manifesting in remote or isolated localities
    12. Can synthesize vocalizations
    13. The presence of magnesium and \ or sulfurous residue
    14. Physiological and somatic effects, the sensation of freezing and \ or burning
    15. The accompaniment of vivid dreams

What exactly is ghost phenomenon? I think it is safe to say we are hemmed in as far as looking into all possible relationships between these categorical terms by how we stereotype them using language to supplant an actual working definition of anything directly correlated to them.

While we can identify common chief characteristics between various forms of ghost phenomenon that are shared in a unknown mechanism of symbiosis such as I have identified in previous posts, the larger community of investigation has artificially separated them by only one divisor, which is their appearances.
However if we use the same methodology to the rest of the world, ask yourself , what is the result?

Obviously any classification of either a closed or open system of the natural world we choose to use this method of discernment would result in a inaccurate assessment of relationships and yet this is the methodology that is accepted as a standard practice and all the classifications of UFO phenomenon have failed to develop a coherent strategy in either theory or practice to determine the nature of the phenomenon.

We not only use a very small net of classification but we have been using several small nets to capture a much larger context than our terms can accept.
    We require a larger net.

The most notable shared characteristic of UFO's and other ghost phenomenon is PSI activity as well as electromagnetic anomalies. Combine this further with their short transience of manifestation as well as the observer effect of transactional responses and observations whether it is EVP phenomenon or the chimera like appearances of UFO inhabitants and their craft that have another shared characteristic that has been completely ignored the now well known observer effect, wherein the participant\ witness in effect, creates the organisation and outcome of what is observed without being directly aware of these consequences as a result of the observers causing them ,which makes them coherent and yet has an enormous range of individuation due to no two observers are alike.

From the outside looking in, we stereotype these outcomes as being independent of the witness simply based on the fact that no one has examined the linkage between the two and so our conclusion is based upon they are independent agents whereas the evidence suggests they are parasitic to the nature of human consciousness and are entangled.
This has created a two-fold set of effects in that our desires and anticipation of how our language and semiotics define reality in effect, create realities as well as establishing a faux set of classifications that have no unifying principle.
Everything that exists can be determined to bear a relationship to everything else to put this simply..nothing exists in a vacuum in of itself with the exception of how we define the UFO.

You could reasonably state that the current nadir of Ufology is due to self referential reductionism.
The terms that define the methodology of investigation is based on stereotypes that naturally but unfortunately utilize anthropomorphism as a stereotype whether it is extraterrestrials of human ghosts inhabiting an undefined afterlife and yet the two by their chief characteristics are linked in a unknown manner but our prejudices edit out other possibilities.

    A History of ITC

An fascinating tour....one that becomes more compelling as it moves along. Although it's a rough cut that has yet to be completed, it's of a higher quality than the infotainment that passes for paranormal programming that fills in the spaces between actors trying to sell you something you don't need.
BTW..I sent my short essay on ITC  and UAP to The Anomalist and it was silently rejected without comment which has become a pattern but then again, in the big picture ( whatever that is) I thought it was worth sharing which has nothing to do with it being turned down for wider distribution or my own interest in the subject.  Cest La Vie.

    The Art of The Impractical

Aside from exploring the prosaic and unusual anomalies which infest everyday living, since my retirement some years ago from the project management universe, I have enjoyed the art of largely doing nothing creatively without any practical purpose in mind beyond what is necessary.

Playing need not stop with adulthood as a counter-balance to the humdrum associated with the slings and arrows of pragmatic absurdities which seem more absurd in their complexity as I age.

I seem to have found a kindred spirit in Dale Angell whose Toy Man Television on Youtube is a weekly diary best described in the third person:

"Newly retired Toy Man Dale Angell travels America looking for people who are perfecting the art of screwing while screwing around in the process. Race cars, hot rods, model railroads, weird houses, rockets, model cars, collections, air craft, expensive toys, cheep toys and just plain strange people."

Also, its about pushing envelopes...on a personal level...not for fame or glory but simply to test what one can do with the time one has. Dale's commentary at the end of this example personify s a Sufi saying that for some time is counted ( valued). For others, time is meaningless.

A worthy rival to James May whose bizarre projects on Toy Story are a personal favorite.

Dale travels on the road as a roving correspondent for those of us rapidly children of the 60's who have yet to lose either their creativity, curiosity and sense of adventure when it comes to doing something rather than nothing.

    ITC As Applied To Ufology

Could instrumental transcommunication be applied to the field of information theory in relation to unidentified atmospheric phenomenon to explore the possibility of either cellular or sentient intelligence being operative in this phenomenon?

Jacques Vallee as well as to a lesser extent, the late John Keel have explored this phenomenon outside of the box where it has been hermetically sealed simply based on appearances alone.

One of the most hindering factors in researching this phenomenon has been the reactive and post-event nature of the investigations which solely focus on effects and observations after the fact, while no one has attempted a protocol for engaging the subject matter by probing the unexplored aspects that strongly resemble other categorical interactions that are manifested in other "ghost phenomenon" to use a generic term.

As of this writing, I am planning to conduct experiments in this regard specifically keyed on verifiable results in terms of specificity of predictive patterns of response. Some time ago I wrote an essay published In New Dawn Magazine entitled "Open Systems and Cyclical Anomalies" that explored the difficulties of investigating wave phenomenon that is attached by the hip to UAP.

Can a connection be made? If a non local intelligence is operative behind the seemingly "staged" nature of this chimera which, in turn, is based on the anticipation of the observer as a parasitic methodology of manifestation, there seems to be a likely linkage between the mind, individuation and the result, whether it is macroscopic due to a tipping point in the global consciousnesses field and /or what seems to be the carrier wave, which is the nature of the state of shared emotional responses to the deconstruction of what could be named as societal anxiety based on a lack of predictability that has been sublimated on a large scale.

The call and response nature of this phenomenon is interesting on several levels, wherein there seems to be a non local steering mechanism that incorporates or is embedded within our local consciousness field as it were the Janus face of this phenomenon.

The bottom line is my strong suspicion that this is a interactive phenomenon and not of the extraterrestrial variety. While this might be so, there are markers as Jacques Vallee has suggested and by gong further in this concept he suggested we move the markers.

Yet no one has attempted this and so this is my justification for doing so simply because no one has tried to "put two and two together" to make four in terms of verifiable results.

I have certain protocols in mind as well as the possibility of utilizing the VLF bandwidth and so if anyone who reads this has some knowledge of ITC and wishes to collaborate on this project drop me a line via -mail.
