Our environment is a simulation created biologically as we experience nothing directly without the simulations of the senses and they arrive from outside, if you will. And so on one side we have the simulations of dreams and on the other, the simulation of the environment, and so one mirrors the other. I hope this clarifies my tendency to not fully flesh out some some thoughts. Sorry about that.Bruce Duensinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06770861553045757360noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-927396480055054170.post-54875942887001663972013-07-19T13:31:32.506-04:002013-07-19T13:31:32.506-04:00Hi and best wishes to you Bruce!
sorry it has been...Hi and best wishes to you Bruce!
sorry it has been so long since I stopped by--my dad passed on in early April and it has been kinda crazy since then helping my mom move to a smaller house and all of the things that go with that-finally starting to slow down a bit.

For today I just wanted to ask a question wrt the previous article -when you say "...we might be the inverse side of a proverbial mirror wherein our own simulations are internal while our own enviornment is in a reversed ordering." what exactly do you mean?
I understand the concept of death and life being two sides of the same coin and the way I sometimes think of it is that in life our mind is 'inside' us and the environment 'outside' us --while in death our mind is this arrangement is exactly opposite (whatever this really means:-)!!
and I just wondered if my thinking on this was close at all to yours?

all the best to you my friend and I will try to be back later tomorrow to see if you have had a chance to answer.
DevinDevinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08467101354793913827noreply@blogger.com
